Section 01
I cannot access a page or tool
- You may be signed out.
- Your plan may only include preview or teaser access.
- The feature may be hidden by an admin flag.
- The page may be role-restricted or deployment-specific.
- Sign in again.
- Review Pricing or Billing.
- Check whether the feature is subscription-gated or credit-gated.
- Contact support if the access pattern still looks wrong.
Section 02
Why is a report download blocked
- Genome Score PDF reports are aimed at Plus and Pro subscriber flows, or genome-report credit packs.
- CMA PDFs are aimed at Agent tier and above, or CMA report credit packs.
- A deployment may fall back from PDF to HTML if the report engine is unavailable.
Section 03
Why does my AI access look different from someone else's
- Chatbot limits are tier-based: 10, 20, 50, 100, then effectively unlimited on Pro and Enterprise.
- Voice AI limits are tier-based: 5, 10, 20, 30, then effectively unlimited on Pro and Enterprise.
- Free and Homeowner use browser voice replies; Agent and above use OpenAI voice replies with hands-free mode.
- AI phone calls are currently only on Agent, Pro, and Enterprise.
Section 04
Why are my saved-search alerts missing
- Free and Homeowner do not have saved-search access.
- Agent has saved searches with alerts enabled.
- Plus has saved searches, but alerts are currently off on that tier.
- Pro and Enterprise have alerts enabled.
- Push notifications also require browser permission, admin flag support, and a fresh match event.
Section 05
Why is deep property data missing
- Provider coverage still varies by county and market.
- County enrichment may not exist in every geography.
- Some optional vendors are deployment-specific.
- The address may need to be more complete.
Section 06
Why is my chosen subdomain unavailable
- It may already be taken by another tenant — pick a different name.
- It may be on the reserved list (names like www, admin, api, app, mail, support, and similar are not allowed).
- It must be 3-32 characters, lowercase letters/numbers/hyphens only, and cannot start or end with a hyphen.
Section 07
Why does the portal look different (branded colors/logo)
- On the Brokerage plans and Enterprise, a white-label tenant can set its own colors, logo, favicon, and default theme — so a branded portal is expected to look different from the default PropertyGenome site.
- Branding changes apply on the next page load; refresh if you just changed them.
- See the “White-label branding and custom subdomains” guide for setup.
Section 08
What else changed recently
- The neighborhood heatmap is live on supported map workflows.
- Land workflows now include stronger feasibility and commercial-use analysis.
- The AIML Genome Score report path is now the current richer report workflow.
- White-label branding now includes brand colors, logo, a default light/dark theme, a one-click Vibecode preset, and instant PropertyGenome subdomains for the Brokerage plans and Enterprise.
