Section 02
Genome Score PDF access
The current Genome Score PDF path uses the newer AIML-capable report generator. It can include richer narrative pages, differentiator metrics, scenario support, and visual analytics when the report package has enough data.
Access is currently tied to Plus and Pro subscriber workflows, or to genome-report credit packs for users who are not on those subscription paths.
- Plus and Pro subscribers can download Genome Score PDF reports.
- Non-subscriber flows can use genome-report credit packs when available.
- If the PDF engine is unavailable, some deployments fall back to an HTML download instead of failing silently.
Section 03
CMA and other paid report paths
- Branded CMA PDFs are built for Agent tier and above, or via CMA report credit packs.
- AI deep analysis, portfolio rescoring, CLUE reports, and other paid outputs may also use separate credit types.
- Use Billing and credit balance pages if a report button is visible but currently blocked.

Recommended report workflow
- Run the property through Analyzer.
- Save the result into Dashboard.
- Download the report that matches your plan or credit access.
- Use Deal Tracker for follow-up rather than treating the PDF as the only working record.
