Genome AI, Chatbot, and Voice AI

PropertyGenome now has three distinct AI surfaces. This guide explains what each one does, how audio works, and what changes by tier.

The three AI surfaces

  • Genome AI: the full-page specialist workspace for multi-step reasoning, tool traces, and role-based workflows.
  • Chatbot: the lighter general-purpose property assistant for fast Q&A across the broader data stack.
  • Voice AI: the voice-first assistant for spoken or typed conversation about properties, risks, comps, and strategy.

What Genome AI is best at

Genome AI is the best choice when you want guided analysis rather than a single answer. The interface is designed around specialist modes such as deal finding, due diligence, pipeline work, negotiation, portfolio thinking, and compliance-oriented help.

Use it when you want the assistant to reason across a property package, show its tool flow, and act more like an operator workspace than a simple chat box.

Chatbot usage limits

The general chatbot keeps short-lived conversation history and is best for quick questions, product guidance, and property Q&A without opening the full Genome AI workflow.

  • Free: 10 messages/day.
  • Homeowner: 20 messages/day.
  • Agent: 50 messages/day.
  • Plus: 100 messages/day.
  • Pro and Enterprise: effectively unlimited daily usage.

Voice AI and audio behavior by tier

Voice AI also uses Whisper-style transcription and a text fallback path, so the experience can continue even if you stop using the microphone mid-session.

  • Free: 5 Voice AI queries/day, browser text-to-speech, no hands-free mode.
  • Homeowner: 10 Voice AI queries/day, browser text-to-speech, no hands-free mode.
  • Agent: 20 Voice AI queries/day, OpenAI voice replies, hands-free mode enabled.
  • Plus: 30 Voice AI queries/day, OpenAI voice replies, hands-free mode enabled.
  • Pro and Enterprise: effectively unlimited Voice AI usage with full voice feature access.
Section 05

AI phone calls

Outbound AI phone calling is separate from Voice AI. It is currently configured for Agent, Pro, and Enterprise tiers only. Free, Homeowner, and Plus do not have access to that route today.

The current call caps in code are 100 calls/month on Agent, 50 calls/month on Pro, and effectively unlimited on Enterprise. Supported call types include lead follow-up, cold outreach, and appointment setting.

When to use which AI tool

  1. Use the chatbot for a quick answer.
  2. Use Genome AI when you want a guided, multi-step workflow.
  3. Use Voice AI when you want hands-free property research or spoken follow-up.
  4. Use AI phone calls only when you are running outbound seller or lead workflow on a supported tier.
