Section 01

Notifications and push delivery

Account is where users manage profile settings plus email and browser notification preferences. Browser push is especially important for saved-search match delivery on tiers where alerts are enabled.

  • Enable push from Account > Notifications and accept the browser prompt.
  • Push and email can run in parallel for saved-search matches.
  • Push requires the pushNotificationsEnabled admin flag and working VAPID keys.
  • Safari on iOS needs 16.4 or later.

Billing and standard plan ladder

Annual billing exists for the main self-serve paid tiers. Always use Pricing and Billing as the final source of truth if a custom deployment or promo changes what a user sees.

  • Free: $0/month.
  • Homeowner: $0/month.
  • Agent: $29/month standard self-serve pricing.
  • Plus: $49/month standard self-serve pricing.
  • Pro: $129/month standard self-serve pricing.
  • Enterprise: custom or enterprise-priced rollout based on deployment needs.

Credit packs

  • Voice AI credit packs: 100 for $5 or 500 for $20.
  • Genome report credit packs: 10 for about $25 or 50 for about $100.
  • CMA report credit packs: 10 for about $30 or 50 for about $150.
  • Other consumable packs include skip trace, dialer minutes, AI deep analysis, portfolio rescore, and CLUE reports.

Team and enterprise access

  • Free, Homeowner, Agent, and Plus are primarily solo-account workflows.
  • Pro includes 3 team seats.
  • Enterprise includes 10 team seats by default plus integration-oriented workflows.
  • Admin and enterprise pages are role-restricted and may be hidden outside those workflows.
