What changed recently
During the last three weeks, the help and workflow surface expanded in a few important ways: the Genome Score PDF flow now uses the newer AIML-capable report path, subscription gating is more explicit around saved searches and alerts, and the AI surface is now easier to think about as three separate tools: Genome AI, the general chatbot, and Voice AI.
This guide reflects the current rollout instead of the older one-size-fits-all plan descriptions that only talked about Free, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise.
