Section 01

What Genome Score is for

Genome Score is still the fastest first-pass property signal in the product. Use it to decide whether a property deserves deeper attention before you spend time on comps, outreach, land feasibility, or underwriting.

It is best used as a ranked decision aid, not as an appraisal, legal opinion, or final investment committee memo.

  • Overall score
  • Confidence and coverage context
  • Top positive and negative drivers
  • Risk framing
  • Supporting analyzer context
Section 02

How Analyzer depth changes by plan

  • Free: score-first summary view.
  • Homeowner: top drivers plus homeowner-oriented context.
  • Agent: drivers view with richer workflow follow-through.
  • Plus: full analyzer access with AI Score Analysis and richer provider-backed property context.
  • Pro: full breakdown with operator-oriented detail, alerts, and deeper filterability.
  • Enterprise: raw-export and custom-workflow use cases on top of the full breakdown.
Section 03

Recent scoring and report changes

The older help copy that talked about a fixed 18-signal experience is now too narrow. The current analyzer and report flow pulls from a broader mix of public, county, parcel, market, and AI-backed enrichment layers, and the AIML report path now adds narrative pages plus visual analytics for supported report downloads.

You may also see stronger safety and enrichment context in the analyzer than older screenshots show, because the last few weeks added more detail around risk and neighborhood context.

Section 04

Land analysis now goes beyond a simple parcel check

For vacant land or redevelopment work, PropertyGenome now layers in Land Intelligence Plus modules such as buildability constraints, utility connection cost estimates, impact-fee lookups, commercial zoning interpretation, commercial market studies, and multi-layer valuation.

Use the land workflows when the address-level Genome Score alone is not enough to understand development feasibility or highest-and-best-use.

Section 05

Best-practice workflow

  1. Enter the most complete property address you have.
  2. Review the score and confidence first.
  3. Scan the top drivers before reading every field.
  4. Open Analyzer for the supporting context.
  5. If the property is actionable, save a report and move it into Deal Tracker or Land Intelligence follow-through.
