What white-label branding includes
On the Brokerage plans and Enterprise, your PropertyGenome tenant can carry your brand instead of ours. Whatever you set applies to the whole portal for you and everyone on your team's tenant.
- Brand colors — primary, secondary, and accent. The accent color also recolors primary buttons and links.
- Your own logo and favicon in place of the PropertyGenome mark.
- A default light or dark theme for your users (each user can still switch their own preference).
- Optional custom CSS for finer visual control.
- Branded support email and phone, plus a branded email from-name and address.
Apply a theme preset (including Vibecode)
The white-label settings include one-click theme presets. “Vibecode” is a dark, neon-gradient look (violet/pink accents, glassmorphism) that defaults to dark. Applying a preset fills in a coordinated color palette, a default theme, and custom CSS that you can still tweak before saving.
- Open the white-label settings in the admin area.
- Click “Apply Vibecode” (or another preset) to fill the colors, default theme, and custom CSS.
- Adjust any colors, point to your logo and favicon, and save.
Set up your subdomain or custom domain
A PropertyGenome subdomain (for example acme.propertygenome.ai) is the fastest option — it's available the moment you save, with HTTPS already in place. Your own custom domain (for example portal.yourbrokerage.com) is also supported but takes a little longer while DNS and the TLS certificate are provisioned.
Tip: if a subdomain shows as unavailable, it's either already taken or on the reserved list — pick another.
- Choose a subdomain during signup, or in the white-label settings.
- Subdomains must be 3-32 characters — lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only, not starting or ending with a hyphen, and not a reserved name (like www, admin, or api).
- Save — the branded portal is live on your subdomain immediately.
- For a custom domain, add it in the white-label settings and follow the DNS (CNAME) instructions; it goes live once DNS propagates and the certificate is issued.
When changes take effect
Branding edits apply on the next page load — there's no redeploy or long wait. If you're editing from the central admin, refresh the branded portal (or open it in a new tab) to see the change.
