The Free plan is the score-first trial path. Use it to understand how PropertyGenome thinks about one property, how Dashboard and Deal Tracker fit together, and whether the workflow is worth expanding for your use case.
The older manual copy overstated some Free capabilities. The current Free plan is intentionally light: enough to evaluate the product, not enough to run a full acquisition machine.

Latest AI and audio access
PropertyGenome now separates AI into three surfaces: Genome AI for guided workflows, the general chatbot for quick Q&A, and Voice AI for spoken interaction.
On Free, you currently have 10 chatbot messages per day and 5 Voice AI queries per day. Voice replies use browser text-to-speech and do not include hands-free mode on this plan.
Reports, saved work, and credits
You can still use Dashboard and save work, but report export paths are more limited than they were described in older docs.
Genome Score PDF downloads currently follow the AIML report path and are generally unlocked through Plus/Pro subscriber flows or genome-report credit packs. CMA PDFs are for Agent tier and above or CMA report credits.
Best Free-plan workflow
The best Free workflow is simple: score one property, read the analyzer summary, save anything interesting, and then decide whether you need more discovery, AI, or reporting power.
- Run one property through Analyzer.
- Save the result into Dashboard.
- Track your top 3 properties in Deal Tracker.
- Use preview discovery tools to decide whether a paid workflow is justified.
